Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once a fax has been submitted for delivery.

Customers are responsible for:
• Ensuring the correct fax number is entered
• Uploading the correct document
• Making sure the file is 10 pages or fewer

If a fax exceeds 10 pages, it will not be sent, and no refund will be issued.
