Do I need to create an account to send a fax?
No. Just Fax Now does not require sign-up or registration. Simply upload your document, enter the recipient’s fax number, pay, and send.
How much does it cost to send a fax?
We charge a flat rate of $5.00 CAD (Canadian Dollars) to send up to 10 pages. There are no additional fees or subscriptions.
Is the price shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD)?
Yes. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you’re outside Canada, your payment provider will automatically convert the charge to your local currency.
Can I send more than 10 pages?
No. Our system only supports faxes of 10 pages or fewer. If your file exceeds this limit, the fax will not be sent, and no refund will be issued. Please check your file before submitting.
Where can I send faxes to?
We support faxing to most international destinations, including Canada, the United States, and many other countries.
Can I receive faxes using Just Fax Now?
No. Just Fax Now is a send-only fax service. We do not receive faxes or provide fax numbers for inbound messages.
What file types can I upload?
We currently support PDF files only. Your document must be legible and 10 pages or fewer.
How do I know if my fax was sent successfully?
You’ll see a confirmation message after submitting your fax. If you suspect an issue, you can contact us at info@justfaxnow.com for assistance.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for faxes that exceed the page limit or contain errors in the fax number or file. If there is a technical failure, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
