Do I need to create an account to send a fax?

No. Just Fax Now does not require sign-up, registration, or login. Simply upload your PDF, enter the recipient’s fax number, pay, and send — all in under a minute.

How much does it cost to send a fax?

We charge a flat rate of $1 per page. There are no subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no recurring charges — ever.

Is the price shown in US Dollars (USD)?

Yes. All pricing is listed in US Dollars (USD). If you’re located outside of US, your card provider will convert the amount automatically to your local currency at checkout.

Can I send more than one page?

Yes. You can send up to 50 PDF pages per submission. If your file exceeds this limit, the fax will not be sent, and no refund will be issued. Please verify your file size before submitting.

Where can I send faxes to?

We support international faxing to the United States, Canada, and over 40 countries worldwide. Whether it’s local or global, you can fax with confidence.

Can I receive faxes using Just Fax Now?

No. Just Fax Now is a send-only fax service. We do not provide inbound fax numbers or receive faxes.

What file types can I upload?

We currently support PDF files only. Your document must be clear, legible, and no more than 50 pages in length.

How do I know if my fax was sent successfully?

After submission, you’ll see a confirmation message on-screen. Once your fax is successfully delivered to the recipient, you’ll also receive a confirmation email. If the first attempt fails (e.g., the line is busy), we’ll retry up to three times total. If all attempts fail, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know the fax could not be delivered. In that case, please double-check that the fax number you entered is correct. If the number is accurate but you still received a failure message, the recipient’s fax line may be inactive, incorrect, or unable to receive faxes.

Is your service secure and private?

Yes. We use end-to-end encryption and are fully HIPAA compliant, making us safe for sending medical, legal, or sensitive documents.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for faxes with incorrect page numbers, formatting issues, or page limit violations (max 50 pages per fax). For technical failures, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to help.
